Kenyan police chase protestors during unrest and looting in the opposition stronghold of Kibera, in Nairobi, after disputed presidential elections in December. Thousands of people took to the streets after incumbent president Mwai Kibaki claimed victory, but opposition candidate Raila Odinga said the elections had been rigged and prepared to declare himself head of state. The protests led to hundreds of deaths nationwide.
